Ink Tea was born between the morning mist of the ancient tea mountains in Yunnan and the pine smoke of the inkstones in Huizhou. It is a contemporary interpretation of oriental aesthetics and tea ceremony philosophy. We only pick spring buds from single ancient trees above 1,600 meters above sea level. Intangible cultural heritage tea makers use 12 ancient techniques such as "sunlight withering" and "charcoal fire slow roasting" to refine each leaf into a long scroll of ink that can be drunk.
